1. Digital Product Refunds

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Once a German worksheet, grammar exercise, or conversation sheet has been purchased and the download link has been provided, the sale is non-refundable.

2. Exceptions – Duplicate Purchases

A refund will only be granted if:

• You accidentally purchased the same product twice, and

• The shop owner can verify the duplicate transaction in our system.

3. Download or Access Issues

4. Unauthorized Sharing or Redistribution

Our digital German worksheets and PDF downloads are for personal or classroom use only. They may not be resold, shared for free on other platforms, or used commercially. Unauthorized distribution violates our terms and may result in the removal of access to future purchases.
